DEA Agent Abe Collins and the infamous member of a notorious drug distribution ring, Craig Petties, are from the same place -- Memphis, Tennessee. Petties was the most feared Memphian who was hiding in Mexico for years under the protection of a corrupt Mexican officials while pushing tons of drugs into the U.S. from his Memphis based organization and across many states.

While Petties thought himself to be untouchable, between having dozens of bodyguards and spies, and having corrupt officials “on the take,” the tenacious Collins was the DEA Agent who led the pursuit of Craig Petties until he and his team brought this most wanted criminal to justice in the United States. Petties is serving nine life sentences in federal prison.
